Chris' Eagle Project started in January 2000 with the introduction of a bill into the RI House of Representatives.  The bill proposed by Chris would require the addition of CPR Training to the Driver Education Program.  Working with the American Heart Association and the RI Health Dept. to come up with statistics that more people trained in CPR would save lives.  The other part of his project was a one day mass CPR certification program.  In one day 110 people were trained and certified in CPR.  Chris continues with his project even today.  The House passed the bill as a resolution in 2000 and Chris rewrote the bill this year and reintroduced it for the 2001 session.
