Ray's Eagle Project was a two phase project that helped build a hiking trail along the Blackstone River, Cumberland, Rhode Island.

Phase I:  To clear access trails along the Blackstone River and to continue the construction of a hiking trail started by another eagle project.

Phase II:  During the 1996 Earth Day, Ray with help from area youth groups cleared debris and trash on an abandoned dump site abutting the hiking trail.
