Chad's Eagle Project was the construction of a canoe ramp and portage site on the Blackstone River, Manville, Rhode Island.  This project went along with a state wide clean up of the National Blackstone River Valley Heritage Corridor during Earth Day.  When completed it was one of the top ten Earth Day Projects nationwide for 1995.
